Rachel Fowler

Overview

I am part of the in-house legal team supporting Mourant Governance Services.

I read English Law and French Law at the University of Exeter and the University of Rennes, before qualifying as a solicitor at Hogan Lovells in London. I previously worked in the Jersey Funds team, advising on areas including fund establishment, life-cycle and investor relations, fund regulation, asset acquisition/disposal and financing.
