A different perspective

In the last few years, we've transformed our business. We've extended our jurisdictional coverage, built a market-leading practice in Asia, substantially grown our market share in North America and expanded our service range beyond law.

We have done this to meet the changing needs of our clients who have told us that what they value, and what sets us apart, is our distinctive global perspective.

As one of the world's leading offshore law firms, our business is intrinsically connected to the global economy and the capital flows that support it. But our global perspective is far more than that. It's at the heart of what we do: the way we think, the way we organise ourselves, and the way we deliver our services, bringing the firm's collective insights to each of our clients wherever in the world they operate.

Reviewing our progress and listening hard to our clients has made it clear that it's time to refresh our brand strategy to better represent who we are and what we stand for.

This week, we're proud to launch our new branding. We've adopted "Mourant" as our over-arching brand name. It encompasses our legal practice, Mourant Ozannes, as well as Mourant Governance Services. We've shortened our domain name to "mourant.com". And we've introduced a new and vibrant brand mark and visual identity.

Actions speak louder than words (or logos!) so we've also embedded a set of client service principles that we call the Mourant Way. These principles help us to maintain our distinctive global perspective: delivering a seamless service across our service lines and offices; bringing our collective commercial judgement to bear and going the extra mile in genuine partnership with our clients and their advisers.
