Mourant Singapore legal team bolstered by new hire
25 February 2025
Mourant, a law firm-led professional services business, has welcomed Consultant Jess Bradshaw to its growing legal team in Singapore.
Jess has significant experience advising on both Cayman Islands and BVI law. She specialises in advising multinational clients on corporate structuring, investment funds, and regulatory compliance, as well as managing cross-border corporate, M&A and financing transactions. Previously, Jess spent over 15 years at international professional services firm, Maples Group, based in both London and Singapore.
Craig Luton, Singapore Managing Partner, commented:
"We are thrilled to welcome Jess to our growing legal team in Singapore. With her extensive experience in funds, finance and corporate work, Jess will be an invaluable asset to our Asia practice and strengthen our ability to serve our clients."
In October 2023, Mourant confirmed the expansion of its international business with the launch of a new Singapore office. The move cemented the firm's growing global prominence, expanded its geographical reach and enabled it to capitalise on the rising significance of Singapore as a global finance centre. At the beginning of 2025, the Mourant Singapore team was ranked in 'Singapore - Offshore' in Legal 500 Asia-Pacific 2025 in its first year of operation.
In 2024, Mourant Governance Services Singapore was launched, offering a comprehensive range of incorporation, company secretarial, board support and fiduciary services to Singapore, Cayman Islands and British Virgin Islands entities.
The Singapore office complements the firm's Hong Kong practice which launched in 2012 and has since grown into a thriving hub encompassing all major practice areas: corporate, investment funds, finance, restructuring, litigation, and governance services.
