Mourant Zurich Trusts Seminar
After missing the event in 2020, we're delighted to be able to host our trusts seminar which returns to Zurich on 1 November.
The seminar will feature partners and other senior lawyers from our International Trust & Private Client practice, and will focus on some of the more significant recent developments in this field in the Channel Islands, the BVI and Cayman.
The topics we'll cover will include:
- developments in litigation, including the differences in litigation practice amongst our jurisdictions; and
- choice of governing law and jurisdiction clauses in trusts (with an eye to a forthcoming domestic Swiss trust law).
