Our 2021 Regulatory Seminar will be held on Friday 26 February in the Cayman Brac ballroom at the Ritz-Carlton, Grand Cayman. We will discuss current regulatory developments and trends with the Cayman Islands Monetary Authority (CIMA) and the Department for International Tax Cooperation (DITC). This will be followed by an optional, complimentary AML/CFT training seminar for directors of Cayman funds, SPVs and other investment entities led by Mourant and RJ Berry from the Financial Reporting Authority.
